We wouldn’t be where we are today without our extraordinary drivers, office team and site crew. Many of our staff have been with us for throughout their careers, and we’re proud to work with several father and son, husband and wife and sibling teams.
Our employees work exceptionally hard to make sure our trucking services are completed safely, on-time and with our customer’s needs in mind. What makes McConchie’s approach unique is that we’re large enough to handle daunting logistical challenges, but small enough to work with you on an individual basis and ensure your satisfaction.
Community Involvement
We’re more than happy to support our region’s amazing community organizations. Each of our employees contribute weekly payroll deductions to to a specific charity, and we match the total funds raised at the end of every year. The total amount is then dispersed to several agencies including:

Along with financial donations, our employees are greatly encouraged to volunteer their time to community programs, and our equipment is always available for parades, playground construction, building transport/installation and any other local endeavours.
